Arrive at dropoff

PATCH {{baseUrl}}/orders/{{orderId}}/arrive-dropoff

Marks the driver as arrived at the dropoff location. Source: store.ts arriveDropoff() → models/orders.ts arriveDropoff().

Response: 200 with the updated order row reflecting the arrival timestamp. The app discards this response and just re-fetches the run separately.
