Arrive at pickup

PATCH {{baseUrl}}/orders/{{orderId}}/arrive-pickup

Marks the driver as arrived at the pickup location. Source: store.ts arriveOrigin() → models/orders.ts arriveOrigin().

Response: 200 with the updated order row reflecting the arrival timestamp. The app discards this response and just re-fetches the run separately.
