Get current user

GET {{baseUrl}}/me

Returns the signed-in driver’s full profile plus operator/retreat-point context. Source: endpoints/users.ts GET /me.

Response fields:

• Top-level fields are the driver’s raw user row (id, first_name/last_name, phone, role, tier, transportation, active, active_territory_id, operator_id, self_assign/self_assign_cap, location_status, etc).
• latest_pin — the most recent SMS verification PIN sent to this phone (internal use).
• current_operator / root_operator — the operator this driver belongs to (and its top-level parent, if this operator is a fleet sub-operator). Same object unless fleet-scoped.
• retreat_points — every retreat point under the driver’s operator.
• fleet_operators_to_operators — fleet-level territory filters; empty unless the operator is a fleet operator.
• show_fleet / show_blocks — only present for role: "vendor", not relevant for drivers.
