status: Refunded (no status_v3)

Sent when a DSP reports a refund. This is an event, not a lifecycle transition, and its provider-specific shape differs from standard order events.

• The order reference is external_id (snake_case); orderId, externalId, and status_v3 are absent.
• Amounts use the smallest currency unit (cents for USD).
• Refund fields such as reason, reason_comment, refund_fees, and refund_order_items vary by provider and may be absent.
• trackerLinkFleet and fleetName are included on new payloads but may be null.

Subscribe with event_filter: ["Refunded"]. Process idempotently using stable provider/delivery identifiers and refund details.
