Drop off order

PATCH {{baseUrl}}/orders/{{orderId}}/drop

Drops off the order and records the tip. Source: store.ts dropoff() → models/orders.ts setDroppedOff().

Response: 200 with the updated order row (status moves to completed, tip/dropoff_time set). Exact full field list wasn’t traced — treat as a TransactionSQL-like row.
